Who is responsible

This website is operated by Crooked Finger Guild Software Development Service, a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, using the studio name Crooked Finger Guild. “We” and “the studio” on this page refer to that business. What this notice covers

This notice covers the Crooked Finger Guild company website. It explains website visits, optional analytics, and email inquiries. Visiting this website does not connect a Garmin account or collect your Garmin health or activity records.

Caprelia is a separate coaching product. Its prelaunch privacy draft describes the planned Garmin integration and the matters still being decided. That draft is not a final notice for a live Garmin service. Other apps and linked services have their own privacy notices.

Website delivery and security

The hosting service may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Crooked Finger Guild uses PostHog's US-hosted service to understand page visits and clicks on project, app, social, and contact links. Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining does not affect the website.

When allowed, PostHog stores a randomly generated browser identifier in local storage and uses session storage to group visits. Events include the page, event time, browser and device category, referring website domain, and a fixed project or contact-action label where relevant. We do not identify you by name or email, record sessions, capture form contents, or send query strings, URL fragments, or the full referring page address. Location enrichment and automatic interaction collection are disabled.

Like other network services, PostHog receives an IP address as part of a connection. See PostHog's privacy policy for information about its processing. This portfolio's analytics project is separate from those used by the studio's apps.

Your choice

Your analytics preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Where optional analytics is available, you can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining stops future collection and removes the analytics identifiers stored by this website; it does not delete events already received. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Clearing browser storage also removes your saved choice.

Contacting the studio

Email links open your own email application. There is no contact form on this website. If you send a message, Crooked Finger Guild receives the email address, message, and any other information you choose to include, so the studio can respond.

Please do not send Garmin passwords, access tokens, or health records through a general website inquiry. If a privacy request needs supporting information, we can arrange an appropriate way to handle it.

Service providers and processing locations

Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver the site and handle correspondence. PostHog processes the optional website analytics described above in its US region. Your information may therefore be processed outside the Philippines. The portfolio analytics project does not receive Caprelia's Garmin health or activity records through this website.

Storage and deletion

The 180-day preference period applies to the choice stored in your browser, not to events already stored by PostHog. Server-side analytics retention depends on the project's settings; hosting logs and email records have their own retention arrangements.

You can contact the studio about removing information you have provided. Deleting browser storage or withdrawing analytics consent stops or changes future collection as described above; it does not by itself erase server-side records.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or blocking, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy of your personal data. Email [email protected] with your request. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

You may also raise a concern with the Philippines National Privacy Commission or another applicable data protection authority.

Other websites and apps

Links to app stores, social platforms, and product websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. This page covers the Crooked Finger Guild portfolio, rather than the individual apps.

Future changes

This page will be updated when the portfolio's data practices change, with the revision date shown above. New app integrations require their own notice and any permissions required for those features.
